I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UCONN. I received my PhD from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2011.My research revolves around different aspects of system usability and reliability (e.g., troubleshooting, configuration tuning, system update and maintenance, mitigating the effect of system failures on end users, and design of human-centric authentication and online communication).
